The Ventures - Apache

The Ventures are an American instrumental rock band formed in 1958 in Tacoma, Washington. The band, formed by Don Wilson and Bob Bogle. The classic lineup of The Ventures was: Don Wilson, Bob Bogle, Mel Taylor and Nokie Edwards.

They have sold over 100 million records so far. Their music has been cited by many famed guitarists as an influence. They have also contributed to the surf music genre, though they are not, as popularly perceived, strictly a surf band. In 2008, the Ventures were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
